Suzanne Dyer is the most seasoned and experienced realtor Ive ever worked with (and Ive worked with a few). She is very patient, not pushy at all. She gives great advice and she fights for you. Back in 2012 she helped my girlfriend and me get our condos. Thats right, 2 condos. Its a long story but initially Suzanne was helping me find a home and we got extremely lucky to find 2 condos priced well below market value in Redondo Beach! One was a foreclosure and the other a short sale. They each needed a lot of work but had huge potential. Of course I was not in a position to buy 2 condos by myself and thats when my girlfriend expressed a desire to buy one of the condos for her family. We were in a multiple offer situation but, because of Suzannes experience, she knew how to navigate the situation and put my girlfriend into the position to buy the other condo. During escrow, Suzanne arranged for contractors to provide estimates to repair the properties and used those estimates to negotiate with the banks to reduce the sale prices even more! I really believe that most other less experienced realtors would not have known how to do what Suzanne did! It was impressive and amazing! It really changed our lives because now my girlfriend and I each have a prime piece of property in a prime location! Weve seen incredible property appreciation!I cant recommend Suzanne enough. If you get her as your realtor definitely listen to her advice. She has very deep knowledge. You can trust her to look out for your interests!
